About Me

I have a business administration degree. I used to be a visual merchandiser in a clothing store for over a decade but now I'm passionate about learning to code. I'm interested in both frontend and backend development, thus my goal is to become a fullstack developer. I've been studying coding via various websites, mainly CodeCademy. My style of coding is keeping it simple yet efficient and I'm practising test-driven development to achieve this better. I don't have a strict technology stack of choice but I am most experienced in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Python. I created this site using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

I'm currently developing an application where you can keep track of your pets data for example weight, date of birth, pictures of them etc. I'm using Python for the backend and creating the database with PostgreSQL. For the frontend part I haven't decided on what framework to use. And all this is happening in a Docker container since it's so practical to use because you can quickly deploy and scale applications into any environment and know your code will run.
